Tracy’s Table Inc.

I have some BIG Tracy’s Table news!  We incorporated Tracy’s Table in August.  Last week, we had our founding Board of Directors meeting.  I am very happy to have Sandy Rodriguez and Timmy Monahan as part of the Tracy’s Table Team.  At our meeting,  we approved our by-laws, our conflict of interest policy, elected our officers, decided where we will open our bank account, etc.  Next, our lawyer will apply for not-for-profit status for Tracy’s Table.  It was a great meeting, and we are off to a fabulous start for Tracy’s Table, Inc.!
