Faith Like A Childhood Friend

Today’s “Tuesday Tracy” is about how, to me, faith is like a special childhood friend.  I am dedicating this one to my most special childhood friend, Lesley.  I was less than one year old when Lesley was born and, since she is my cousin, I was with her when she was just an infant.  I am told that I was fascinated by her right from the start.

My earliest memories of Lesley are swinging on my swing set.  Lesley was fearless and she would swing so high and then jump off.  I was in awe of her then and always. Lesley is beautiful. She was a Ford model and now produces and posts “Looks by Lesley Ann” videos.  Those videos inspired me to produce and post my “Bible Bits by Tracy” videos.

Lesley’s beauty is not just skin deep.  Lesley is beautiful inside and out. She is a special woman of faith and I am so grateful that, like my own faith, Lesley has been part of my life for more than six decades.
